Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant corporate experience with exposure to asset management M&A, GP stakes, and control transactions.
• Ability to run core deal work and understand commercial pressure points.
• Comfort with the regulatory framework around asset managers and financial services clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise on asset management M&A and investment fund transactions, including GP stakes, control transactions, joint ventures, spin-outs, lift-outs, carve-outs, restructurings, succession planning, and liquidity solutions.
• Handle continuation funds, preferred equity deals, structured and synthetic secondaries, LP portfolio sales, NAV financings, strip sales, tender offers, and related regulatory, enforcement, and compliance matters.
