Job summary

AllianzAM US Internal Audit team in New York and Newport Beach seeks an experienced internal audit professional to support risk-based audits across the US and contribute to data analytics and CAATs. You will build stakeholder relationships, conduct fieldwork, draft findings, and help enhance internal controls in asset management and governance areas with travel up to 15%.

You will deliver actionable recommendations, support annual risk assessment, and apply data visualization to detect patterns

Qualifications

• Approx. 3-5 years of audit, risk, compliance or related finance experience.
• Exposure to asset management or governance topics is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-based internal audits and assist on consulting activities.
• Develop audit work programs and perform fieldwork with documentation.
• Draft clear audit findings and practical recommendations.
• Support data analytics, CAATs and data visualization to test populations.
• Assist in annual audit planning and follow-up on management responses.
• Travel up to 15% annually.
