Job summary

GGP is seeking an Asset Management Intern to support its nationwide asset management function across 95+ regional mall properties. You will lead a summer project reconciling corporate accounts for a specified portfolio of properties and assist with materials for internal stakeholders in Legal, Accounting and Property Management teams.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, current college enrollment with graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028 in Finance/Accounting/Business Admin/Real

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Currently enrolled in College or University with graduation between Dec 2027 & May 2028 focusing in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Real Estate.
• Self-motivated and proactive, both with respect to managing workload and own professional development.
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, creative, analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Highly motivated to succeed in a team environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, as well as Argus/Dyna software highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a summer long project consisting of reconciling corporate accounts for a specified portfolio of properties.
• Assist Asset Management team with the preparation of materials for internal key stakeholders in our Legal, Accounting and Property Management teams.
• Assist with account analysis, reconciliations and reporting of tenant and/or property accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.
