The program includes a final project presentation to leadership and opportunities to progress into entry‑level roles. Participants benefit from weekly Development Days such as mock interviews, resume reviews, LinkedIn training, and DISC assessments.

Qualifications

• Sophomore year completed in college (or higher).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned team with a variety of projects and administrative work.
• Deliver a final presentation of your project results and recommendations to department, team members and executive leadership.
• Plan and organize a volunteer day for the MN office.
• Participate in a property inspection.
• Attend weekly Development Days to grow professionally and learn about the industry.
