This positiontakesa lead role in planning, facilitation, and assessment of activities related to the Asset Management Academy within the HPS Center for Financial Excellence. The position also plays a pivotal role in facilitating and enhancing internship opportunities, ensuring that our Academy students receive meaningful and impactful learning experiences. This role involves close collaboration with Center staff, students, faculty, employers, and relevant stakeholders to develop, coordinate, and manage opportunities that align with the educational goals and career aspirations of our students. This position reports directly to the Associate Director of Operations.
Internal contacts generally include administrators, faculty, students, and staff. External contacts generally include vendors, consultants, visitors, and the public.
Internal contacts include administrators, faculty, staff and students both within the department and University-wide. External contacts include government agencies, sponsor representatives, vendors, visitors, officials and the public.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and WorkDay database experience; familiarity with event planning strongly preferred.
