This is a client facing role supporting our $210B US Equity Disciplined Core franchise across all client types. As an Equity Investment Specialist, you will represent investment teams to internal partners, prospects and clients, driving new business and superior client service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of capital markets experience and knowledge of the financial services industry.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
• Equity experience or strong interest in equities markets.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong team player and understanding of investment performance and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Represent investment teams and strategies to internal partners, prospects and existing clients.
• Position and message products to drive new business and superior client service.
• Partner with portfolio managers, research analysts and distribution.
• Assist in the entire client lifecycle: from RFPs to meeting materials and quarterly deliverables.
• Work with product strategy and development to oversee existing products and new product initiatives.
• Understand end-to-end client onboarding including Negotiating Investment Management Agreements, Fee Schedules, Client Reporting and Investment Guidelines.

This is a client facing team supporting our ~$210B US Equity Disciplined Core franchise that works with all client types and represents strategies in a variety of wrappers.

As an Equity Investment Specialist on the Equity Investment Specialist team, you will represent investment teams and strategies to internal partners, prospects and existing clients. You will be responsible for positioning/messaging product with the ultimate goal of driving business both in terms of new business and providing superior client service. To do this effectively requires a strong partnership with portfolio managers and other investors. The Investment Specialist role is independent, but it sits within a team that shares a common goal. You will work with product strategy, product development and other internal groups to oversee existing products and new product initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Represent investment teams and strategies to internal partners, prospects and existing clients.
• Position/message product with the goal of driving new business and providing superior client service.
• Partner with portfolio managers, research analysts & distribution.
• Assist in the entire client lifecycle: from initial Request-for-proposals, to preparing meeting materials, to generating quarterly deliverables.
• Work with product strategy, product development and other internal groups to oversee existing products and new product initiatives.
• Understand the end-to-end process for client on-boarding including negotiating Investment Management Agreements, Fee Schedules, Client Reporting and Investment Guidelines.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• 3+ years of experienceand significant capital markets experience and a strong understanding of the financial service industry are required.
