What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage repair processes for Allen Bradley and TP Electrical and Mechanical Components
- Provide recommendations for component lifecycle mitigation
- Oversee standard operating procedures related to the repair process at the client location
- Identify and implement process improvements focused on plant reliability
- Perform daily reporting and data analysis using customer ERP systems and tracking software

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visas
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for up to 45 minutes at a time
- Experience working in an industrial, plant floor environment
- Willingness to travel and work from customer sites in other states

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6+ years of work experience in a relevant field
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including maintaining complex spreadsheets
- Familiarity with ERP system software environments
- Willingness to work towards a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification
- Experience in a role that requires mobility and adherence to plant safety requirements
