JPMorgan Chase in Columbus, OH seeks a Shareholder Services Analyst within Asset Management Client Service. You will deliver high-quality service to financial advisors and investors, participate in comprehensive training on mutual funds and 529 plans, and support onboarding of shareholder accounts.

You will join a global asset management team focused on client experience, risk-aware processes, and collaboration with Sales, Investments, Legal and Operations to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent client service experience.
• FINRA SIE, Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required; unlicensed candidates considered, but must obtain licenses within 120 days of start date.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Relationship building and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide problem resolution and onboarding support for shareholder accounts.
• Process trades, fulfill information requests and create tailored client solutions.
• Educate clients about JPMorgan products, retirement accounts, and education savings.
• Obtain required securities licenses (SIE, Series 6, Series 63).

As a Shareholder Services Analyst within Asset Management Client Service, you will be responsible for delivering high quality service and support to financial advisors and investors of J.P. Morgan Funds. You will participate in a thorough training program covering all service and technical aspects of mutual funds and 529 college savings plans. By being a part of one of the largest and most respected Asset Managers, you will have the opportunity to develop a challenging career in the Investment Management and Financial Services industry.
