Baker Tilly US, LLP in Northern California is seeking an Audit Manager to lead the Asset Management Broker Dealer practice. You will partner with senior leadership to deliver mid‑market client services, oversee engagement teams, and help grow the business while mentoring staff.

This role emphasizes supervising audits, strengthening internal controls, and providing strategic accounting guidance. A CPA, five years of audit experience, and broker-dealer exposure are highly valued for success in

Competenze

• 4-year degree required
• Master's or advanced degree preferred
• CPA required
• Five (5) years of experience providing auditing/assurance services required
• Experience with audit/assurance work with asset management, particularly in the broker dealer space, preferred
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates desired
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects.
• Highly developed software and Microsoft Suite skills
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred
