A recognized leader in Real Estate is seeking an Asset Management Associate to play a key role in overseeing a portfolio of properties. This position combines financial oversight, operational monitoring, and relationship management to ensure each property remains compliant, well‑maintained, and financially sustainable. In this role, you’ll work closely with property managers, investors, and public agencies to safeguard the long‑term value of the company’s housing assets.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a portfolio of affordable multi‑family properties, monitoring performance and ensuring adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Analyze and interpret monthly financial statements, preparing concise summaries for executive review.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate property conditions and coordinate improvements with management teams.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with property managers, partners, and stakeholders to address operational needs and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to share information, resolve issues, and ensure program compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3 years of prior experience in residential asset management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or a related field.
  • 2 years of prior experience in the affordable housing sector.
  • Solid understanding of real‑estate development, leasing, and asset management concepts.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Track record of personal accountability and commitment to achieving organizational goals.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000*

*The above represents the lowest to highest expected salary range for this job opening.
