Job summary

Weber Blackstone in Palatine, IL is seeking an Asset Management and Production Specialist to join our hybrid office team. You will manage digital assets, support shoots from pre-production through delivery, and keep content organized, searchable, and accessible for brand teams.

You will coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, and producers; oversee asset handoffs to retouching; track deliverables; manage sample ordering; and help with planning, schedules, and resourcing to ensure

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in production coordination or asset management.
• Experience with Brand Folder/Bynder/WebDAM or similar.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Clear communicator across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Upload and tag final assets across channels.
• Identify and replace outdated assets across platforms.
• Oversee rendering for handoff to retouching.
• Run smaller shoots from pre-production through delivery.
• Track deliverables with Producer to ensure on-time completion.
• Assist with shoot planning, logistics, schedules.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers and editors for timely delivery.
• Manage sample ordering and tracking.
• Assist post-shoot cleanup.

Role Overview

Overview:

The Asset Management and Production Specialist supports production and creative teams by managing digital assets and assisting with shoot execution. This role bridges asset operations with hands-on production support, ensuring content is properly tracked, organized, current, and accessible.

This is a hybrid role requiring in-office days at our Palatine, IL campus.

Responsibilities:

Asset Managemen t

• Support Weber Blackstone's Brand Folder (DAM) ensuring clear organization structure, searchability, accuracy and consistency
• Upload, keyword and organize final assets from multiple channels in the DAM and servers
• Identify and replace outdated or expired assets across platforms as directed
• Oversee rendering requests for handoff to retouching team

Production Support

• Independently run smaller shoots from pre-production through delivery
• Track deliverables closely with the Producer to ensure on-time completion
• Assist the Producer with shoot planning as needed (logistics, schedules, resourcing)
• Work closely with internal and external photographers, videographers and editors to ensure on-time, quality delivery of assets
• Manage sample ordering and tracking, including intake, check-out, and return
• Assist post-shoot clean up

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years' experience in production coordination, asset management with (Brand Folder, Bynder, WebDAM or similar), or digital asset operations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Clear communicator, able to work cross-functionally with Producers, creative, project managers, and remote and on-site brand teams

Salary Range: $62,000-$76,000
