Weber Blackstone in Palatine, IL, is hiring an Asset Management and Production Specialist to support production and creative teams by organizing digital assets and assisting shoots. The role bridges asset operations with hands-on production, ensuring content is tracked, current, and accessible in our Brand Folder and DAMs.

This is a hybrid role with in-office days at our Palatine campus. You will run small shoots, coordinate with photographers and editors, manage asset handoff to the retouching

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in production coordination or digital asset operations.
• Experience with DAM tools such as Brand Folder, Bynder, WebDAM.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage Weber Blackstone’s Brand Folder DAM structure and assets.
• Upload, keyword and organize final assets from multiple channels.
• Oversee rendering requests for handoff to retouching.
• Run smaller shoots from pre-production through delivery.
• Track deliverables with the Producer to ensure on-time completion.
• Assist with shoot planning and logistics.
• Collaborate with internal and external photographers, videographers and editors.
• Manage sample ordering and tracking.
• Assist post-shoot cleanup.

This role bridges asset operations with hands-on production support, ensuring content is properly tracked, organized, current, and accessible.
