Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial consulting, investment banking, asset management, or public accounting.
• Solid understanding of debt instruments and capital structures.
• Hands-on experience with debt and equity valuation, three-statement financial modeling, and in-depth financial analysis.
• Proficient in Excel; capable of building and manipulating complex financial models.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with underwriting teams to onboard newly originated investments, ensuring accurate setup and data integrity.
• Conduct monthly valuations of illiquid securities and present findings to the valuation committee.
• Perform independent internal valuation analyses, integrating financial statements, deal structures, market data, and other relevant investment factors.
• Develop and maintain financial models to monitor issuer performance over time.
• Perform other duties, as needed.
