Job summary

GGP is seeking an Asset Management Analyst in Chicago to support the Asset Management Department with valuation, hold/sell analysis, budgets, and quarterly returns modeling. The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and Argus, plus experience in investment banking or related fields.

You will prepare investment committee memoranda, assist with quarterly board materials, and participate in portfolio planning and performance analysis in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Real Estate preferred.
• 1-3 years' experience in finance/real estate or related fields.
• Advanced Argus user preferred; strong Excel financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate asset management processes including valuation, hold/sell analysis, and budgeting.
• Support decision tools for property budgets, forecasts, and major lease decisions.
• Prepare investment committee materials and present recommendations.
• Assist with quarterly board materials and portfolio reporting.
• Conduct retail research to support business plans and decision making.
