Job summary

Northeast Bank is looking for a qualified candidate to provide oversight and asset management for a portfolio of performing and non-performing assets in Lewiston or Portland, Maine. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Bank's purchased and originated loan portfolios and ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates will have 2 to 5 years of experience in asset management or loan underwriting. Northeast Bank is committed to diversity and creates an inclusive environment for all employees.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in asset management, commercial loan workout and/or loan underwriting.
• Formal bank credit training is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and support for the Bank’s purchased loan portfolio.
• Monitor monthly payments and support the originated loan portfolio.
• Conduct credit underwriting assignments and present analyses to the investment committee.
