Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• 3 years of specialized asset management experience.
• Ability to interpret, organize, and communicate complex data.
• Knowledge of regulations and standards for asset/inventory management.
• Ability to identify and resolve inventory/asset issues.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, including basic Excel functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of Agency assets, including equipment, property, and other valuable items.
• Plan for asset acquisition, maintenance, and disposal to ensure optimal utilization and longevity.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards for asset management.
• Engage in budgeting and forecasting for asset acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure assets are in good working order and operating efficiently.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 365, including fluency in basic Excel functions
