Job summary

Alluvionic Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support the U.S. Marshals Service contract for the Judicial Security Division. You will maintain asset records, track inventory, analyze data, and support decision-making.

Responsibilities include inventory maintenance, asset acquisition planning, disposal, budgeting support, and coordinating maintenance to ensure assets are operational. A Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of asset management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Three (3) years of specialized experience in asset management.
• Ability to interpret, organize, and communicate complex data.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards related to inventory and asset management.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to inventory and asset management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 365, including fluency in basic Excel functions.

• Planning for asset acquisition, maintenance, and disposal to ensure optimal utilization and longevity
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards for asset management

• Coordinating maintenance and repairs to ensure assets are in good working order and operating efficiently

• * Must be able to undergo and pass a Public Trust background investigation.
