Ironclad Environmental Solutions is seeking an Asset Maintenance Tech II to service and repair rental equipment, mentor junior technicians, and manage inventory. The role requires advanced mechanical skills and leadership in troubleshooting complex issues.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance or related field.
• Proven experience with inventory control and cycle counts.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required.

Aufgaben

• Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs on rental equipment, ensuring units are rental-ready.
• Lead inventory control, including cycle counts and necessary adjustments.
• Inspect equipment for quality assurance and document check sheets.
• Manage work orders, recording all parts, labor, and related items.
• Conduct advanced diagnostics and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Operate a forklift as needed to move equipment and supplies.
• Mentor and train junior technicians on maintenance and safety procedures.
• Occasionally deliver or pick up equipment from customer locations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
• Delivers and/or picks up berms from customers.
• Other duties as assigned
