Job summary

Ironclad Powered by Mersino is seeking an Asset Maintenance Tech I to service, maintain, and repair rental equipment and support inventory control. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a comprehensive benefits package in Decatur, AL.

Responsibilities include coordinating cycle counts, ensuring proper repairs before release, operating a forklift, and maintaining check sheets. Candidates should have hands-on maintenance experience and strong mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or equipment maintenance experience.
• Hands-on repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Strong mechanical skills (hydraulics, valves, hoses; basic electrical a plus).
• Able to work independently in yard/shop/field environments.
• Welding a plus.
