Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a full-time Asset Liability Treasury Manager at our Denver, CO location.
The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $175,000 depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.
Hybrid options preferred.
Responsible for overseeing the Bank’s interest rate risk and balance sheet structure through advanced asset-liability management (ALM) practices. This role leads the development and execution of ALM strategies, including interest rate risk modeling, scenario and sensitivity analysis, conducting thorough assessments, and collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements. The position collaborates cross-functionally within the Treasury Department to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and internal risk appetite, while supporting the Bank’s long-term financial sustainability. Reporting directly to the Assistant Treasurer, this role plays a critical part in shaping the Bank’s ALM framework, optimizing risk-adjusted returns, and ensuring a resilient balance sheet under varying market conditions.
