Job summary

Sanitas Usa Inc. seeks a Fixed Asset, Lease Accountant responsible for assets, depreciation, CIP, and intercompany asset transfers. You will manage ASC 842 lease accounting, calculate lease liabilities, and ensure accurate classification and reporting across all entities.

Responsibilities include maintaining vendor data, assisting audits, and supporting ERP-related projects while ensuring GAAP-compliant processes and timely close cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 3+ years of fixed asset accounting experience.
• Experience with lease accounting and ASC 842 required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and GL processes.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed asset accounting across all group companies with accurate records.
• Lead lease accounting under ASC 842 and maintain lease schedules.
• Create vendors and maintain master data in ERP/Oracle Fusion.
• Support audit requests and provide documentation for assets, leases, and vendors.
• Assist with administrative accounting tasks and ERP projects.
