Job summary

The Maryland Department of Human Services (DHS) seeks an Inventory Supervisor to oversee the acquisition, relocation, and disposal of furniture and equipment at the Central location and across statewide operations.

You will lead site inventories, ensure data integrity in the asset system, and coordinate with DHS Administration to maintain accurate records. A valid driver's license is preferred, and telework may be available for some positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in general services, office administration, or equipment receipt, storage, and issuance.
• Substitution of related experience is allowed on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and accountability for the control, care, maintenance and security of departmental property.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct site visits to support DHS administration with physical inventories.
• Manage the DHS Asset Management Software System and ensure data integrity.
