Job summary

FlexSteel in Farmington, NM is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage assets, inventory, and warehouse operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.

You will oversee receipt, inspection, storage, issue, and restocking of parts, maintain accurate counts, and support audits while coordinating with field teams.

The role requires forklift operation, basic maintenance, and computer literacy in Visual and MS Office, all within a safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• AA or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 6 months–1 year related experience.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse/manufacturing/construction experience; average 3+ years.
• Forklift license and ability to operate forklifts; CDL class A is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Uphold safety values and culture, perform JSAs, safety audits and meetings.
• Perform planned and unplanned repairs/maintenance to equipment on site and in warehouse.
• Provide maintenance and housekeeping to keep facility clean, organized, and safe.
• Support receipt and inspection of materials for integrity, conformity, and quantities.
• Manage storage, preservation of materials, per HSEQ and project procedures.
• Ensure assets and tools are available to meet customer service expectations.
• Accurate receipt, issue, and restock of all parts in Visual.
• Work with staff to solve material and logistic problems.
• Maintain full inventory with emphasis on fast-moving items.
• Report end-of-year/month counts, audit, reconcile inventories.
