Job summary

The role requires a hands-on problem-solver comfortable on the shop floor and with data, capable of developing KPIs, dashboards, and reports, and applying Lean, Six Sigma, and AI tools to optimize reconfiguration and makeover

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed in the job description.
• 3+ years of manufacturing, industrial engineering, operations analysis, or continuous improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing operations to identify opportunities for productivity, waste reduction, and quality improvement.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Utilize AI tools to automate reporting, streamline workflows, and generate operational insights.
• Perform labor, material, and production cost analysis.
• Support production scheduling and capacity planning.
• Lead or support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations using data visualization tools.
