Careermine is seeking an Asset Integrity Engineer for Nevada Gold Mines, focused on fixed infrastructure integrity, equipment reliability, and process safety. The role develops maintenance strategies, manages MOC, and ensures structural integrity across buildings and fixed assets.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, corrosion mapping, and overseeing capital projects. Requires PE licensure or ability to obtain, and strong communication skills within a fast-paced mining environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor or B.S. in Civil/Structural or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• PE licensure or ability to obtain in NV required.
• Experience in structural/asset integrity and risk assessment is needed.

Mansioni

• Drive safety mindset through site programs and risk assessments.
• Oversee critical controls related to process safety management.
• Investigate infrastructure failures and develop corrective actions.
• Administer and oversee the MOC process for changes.
• Analyze structural components for life, failure modes, and preventive work.
• Define maintenance strategies for structures and concrete to ensure safety and maintainability.
• Review structures and maintenance strategies for mechanical integrity and safety.
• Perform corrosion mapping and structural risk assessments to mitigate risks.
• Contribute to structural improvement initiatives in budgeting and projects.
• Manage project scope, cost, quality, and documentation; report to plant leadership.
