Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of asset information management or similar experience.
• Experience with asset management systems (CMMS/EAM) and data governance.
• Experience with capital projects and controlled engineering processes.
• SAP PM/MM experience and data modelling for system design.
• 3D model data integration experience (ACC, Autodesk, DWG, NWD).
• Strong data quality and asset lifecycle knowledge.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of asset information management strategies and frameworks.
• Account for and inventory asset information management requirements from active manufacturing assets.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all asset management systems and databases.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, engineering, and finance teams to integrate asset data and support cross-departmental initiatives.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices related to asset information.
• Monitor asset data quality metrics and drive corrective actions to resolve discrepancies or data integrity issues.
• Provide training and support to staff on asset information management tools and processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee the deployment of asset management software and technologies.
• Vendor outreach, relationship building and information acquisition
• Information turnover standards, workflows and IM support
• Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate asset information insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
