Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Finance or a closely related field.
• Two years of professional experience in accounting, budget analysis, finance, public administration or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and administrative support for financial, operational, and asset-management functions.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve financial, inventory, and fixed-asset processes for accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Prepare and evaluate financial and management reports; identify tools to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Conduct audits and needs assessments to strengthen procedures and policy compliance.
• Develop training materials and user documentation for financial and asset-related systems; provide user training.
