Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating fleet and facility operations.
• Ability to manage inventory and disposition of equipment.
• Familiarity with health and safety practices and SOPs.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Escort unvetted personnel within the Technology Support Warehouse and assist with inspections and program support.
• Answer gate/doorbell and set up/teardown of UTOC events and facilities.
• Generate, review, and close out facility work orders; inspect completion.
• Maintain HS master binder and update monthly Health & Safety inspection sheets.
• Manage fleet for daily operations, fuel, maintenance invoices in SAP, and prepare vehicles for disposition.
• Coordinate with other sites on fleet usage and repairs; transport government vehicles as needed.
• Operate and perform daily inspections of government vehicles, including forklift operations.
