Vervic Inc. in Huntsville, Alabama is seeking an Asset Delivery Lead – Utilities to provide area-level project leadership for the Central Utility Building and MV E-house on a major pharmaceutical campus.

The role acts as Area Project Manager within the Owner’s Representative/PM Contractor team, offering oversight and proactive management through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale industrial utility, electrical, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of central utility systems, medium-voltage electrical distribution, E-houses, construction management, commissioning, and multidisciplinary interface management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and manage interfaces among designers, contractors, equipment suppliers, utilities, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall delivery of the Central Utility Building and MV E-house.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, controls, commissioning, and qualification activities.
• Manage interfaces among designers, contractors, equipment suppliers, utilities, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, risks, and key milestones.
• Identify delivery issues and drive timely resolution and escalation.
