Job summary

Vervic Inc. in Huntsville, Alabama seeks an Asset Delivery Lead for Warehouse & Logistics to provide area-level project management and delivery leadership for the Hybrid Peptide enablement scope, warehouse facilities, and truck logistics infrastructure supporting a major pharmaceutical manufacturing campus.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering large-scale pharmaceutical, life sciences, industrial, distribution, or advanced manufacturing capital projects.
• Experience with warehouse facilities, material handling, truck logistics, site circulation, loading and receiving operations, and multidisciplinary infrastructure is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall delivery of the warehouse, truck logistics, and Hybrid Peptide enablement scope.
• Coordinate project management, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction, commissioning/qualification, and permitting activities.
• Manage interfaces among warehouse operations, manufacturing areas, utilities, site infrastructure, and transportation systems.
• Coordinate truck access, loading/unloading areas, material movement, receiving, staging, and distribution requirements.
• Ensure current project decisions appropriately accommodate future Hybrid Peptide requirements and associated infrastructure.
• Drive performance against safety, quality, scope, schedule, cost, risk, and key project milestones.
• Coordinate construction sequencing, equipment installation, utility connections, testing, turnover, and commissioning readiness.
• Identify logistical, technical, schedule, and interface risks and drive timely resolution and escalation.
• Provide independent assessments of progress and maintain accountability for area-level delivery outcomes.

We are seeking an experienced Asset Delivery Lead – Warehouse & Logistics to provide area-level project management and delivery leadership for the Hybrid Peptide enablement scope, warehouse facilities, and truck logistics infrastructure supporting a major pharmaceutical manufacturing campus in Huntsville, Alabama. The campus includes extensive warehouse, logistics, storage, utility, and manufacturing infrastructure that must operate as a highly integrated system.

The Asset Delivery Lead will serve as the Area Project Manager, accountable for successful delivery of the assigned assets from design and procurement through construction, commissioning, qualification, operational readiness, and handover.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate should have significant experience delivering large-scale pharmaceutical, life sciences, industrial, distribution, or advanced manufacturing capital projects. Experience with warehouse facilities, material handling, truck logistics, site circulation, loading and receiving operations, and multidisciplinary infrastructure is strongly preferred.

This position requires a collaborative, field-focused project leader who can coordinate multiple contractors and stakeholders while balancing construction requirements with future operational needs. The Asset Delivery Lead will be expected to drive safe, efficient, and predictable delivery while ensuring warehouse and logistics infrastructure integrates effectively with the broader manufacturing campus.
