Job description

Responsibilities

As a Supply Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Determining supply requirements from authorization documents or other media.
  2. Maintaining manual and automated records for requisitioning, receiving, and storing supplies, repair parts, and equipment.
  3. Determining sources of supply and shipping modes, inspecting, and reporting on supply and shipping shortages.
  4. Interpreting and preparing supply and transportation documentation.
  5. Performing data entry to query and enter information for supply, acquisition, and inventory purposes.
  6. Researching and identifying parts and materials from electronic equipment and component vendors, and entering information into procurement database.
  7. Recording, maintaining, and initiating purchase order documentation for the acquisition of component items.
  8. Pulling and staging equipment for shipment to various sites, and preparing the necessary paperwork.
  9. Maintaining records to account for items shipped.

The employee may frequently be required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls. The employee is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close and distance vision.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma plus some advanced training; minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in logistics support in classified and OCONUS environments.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Target Salary Range

$51,000 - $82,000. This range is based on experience and other factors.
