Qualifications
BA/BS in Management or Engineering with 5+ years in fast paced canning/bottling.
Experience leading managers and maintenance teams; strong budgeting/analytics.
Familiarity with MMS, TRACC, SAP, GMP, OSHA and BATF compliance.
Responsibilities
Lead Supervisors, maintenance planners and spares clerks across 24/7 operation.
Lead planning in GMP, MSS, and housekeeping adherence.
Identify and drive site engineering projects to improve asset care.
Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, plans and reports.
