Diageo in Plainfield, Illinois, is seeking an Asset Care & Engineering Manager to lead maintenance and engineering for the 24/7 spirits production site. You will drive MMS/TRACC based maintenance, supervise supervisors, planners, and spares clerks, and ensure GMP, safety and budget targets. The role emphasizes building maintenance competence, optimizing parts inventory, planning shutdowns, and delivering reliable equipment with cost discipline, while partnering with the Asset Care Director.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Management or Engineering with 5+ years in fast paced canning/bottling.
• Experience leading managers and maintenance teams; strong budgeting/analytics.
• Familiarity with MMS, TRACC, SAP, GMP, OSHA and BATF compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supervisors, maintenance planners and spares clerks across 24/7 operation.
• Lead planning in GMP, MSS, and housekeeping adherence.
• Identify and drive site engineering projects to improve asset care.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, plans and reports.
