Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in asset-backed finance or related fields.
• Experience advising borrowers and lenders in structured or debt finance.
• Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements (warehouse facilities a plus).
• Bar admission in the hiring jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Advise borrowers and lenders in asset-backed finance transactions and structured finance offerings.
• Participate in debt finance transactions and related negotiations.
• Draft and lead on negotiations of credit agreements; coordinate with clients and other counsel.
