Job summary

Paul Hastings’ Asset-Backed Finance Group in Washington, D.C. seeks an attorney with 3–6 years of asset-backed finance experience to join our team. The attorney will advise borrowers and lenders on structured finance and debt financings, and draft/lead negotiations of credit agreements, including warehouse facilities.

Job description

Paul Hastings’ Asset-Backed Finance Group is seeking an attorney with at least 3-6 years of experience to join our team in Washington, D.C.

Candidates must have experience advising in connection with asset-backed finance transactions or asset-based lending and will have participated in advising borrowers and lenders in all aspects of structured finance offerings or debt finance transactions. Experience drafting and leading on negotiations of credit agreements (particularly with respect to warehouse credit facilities) is a plus.

This position may reside in any location where we have an office, and candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired. Please submit a cover letter, resume, and law school transcript.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
