Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s Private Bank seeks a Client Center Analyst to help run the day-to-day operations of the Client Center. You will collaborate with bankers, product partners, and operations teams to manage reservations, coordinate meetings, and support events in a secure, first-class environment.

You will implement protocols, liaise with catering and staff, manage financials, and assist in project analysis and the opening of satellite centers, contributing to exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year of hospitality, event management, marketing/press relations, non-profit, or facilities management experience.
• Excellent time management and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage Client Center reservation books, including reporting and metrics.
• Oversee daily meetings and events at the Client Center.
• Develop, implement, and follow protocols for client meetings, including security and catering.
• Coordinate with catering partners and back-of-house staff; lead weekly BEO meetings.
• Survey client experience and recommend solutions based on feedback.
• Manage financials to ensure annual budget compliance.
• Support project analysis, new satellite Client Center openings, and handle administrative tasks such as invoice processing, vendor scheduling, and supply orders.

Job Summary
