The Asset & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for overseeing asset tracking, inventory control, and property accountability for East Campus housing operations. This role ensures accurate documentation, compliance with policies, and effective management of furniture, appliances, equipment, and housing-related assets. The Coordinator works closely with Facilities, Procurement, and other campus departments to maintain operational efficiency and fiscal responsibility.
This position is designated as a mandated reporter under the California Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act and must comply with applicable CSU Executive Orders, including Title IX reporting requirements. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check in accordance with the California Fair Chance Act.
