Five Keys Schools and Programs is seeking an Assessment Manager to lead the data analysis of school-wide assessments (CASAS, CAASPP, GED, HiSET). You will coordinate with the assessment team, teachers and students to collect, analyze and present data to management on a monthly basis.
The role involves maintaining testing schedules, managing data in the SIS (OASIS), ensuring compliance, and training staff on assessment tools to drive data-informed decisions.

The Assessment Manager position reports to the Director of Assessment & Educational Technology and is accountable for the facilitation and data analysis of school-wide assessments. These assessments include the CASAS, CAASPP, GED, and HiSET exams. The Assessment Manager will work closely with the Assessment team, teachers and students to collect, analyze, interpret and present data to the management team on a monthly basis or upon request of management. This position will: maintain a school wide testing schedule, import and export data into the School Information System (SIS), create databases of student assessment records, maintain compliance in school/state/federal laws surrounding assessment, analyze and interpret student data to determine schools meeting of WASC and WIOA goals, act as the Five Keys liaison to community testing sites for all high school equivalency exams offered, maintain licensing for online assessment tools, troubleshoot issues with online assessments, maintain students assessment records for Five Keys students. Conduct staff training regarding various assessments.
