Position details

Address: 53 Haddonfield Rd Suite 330, Cherry Hill Township, NJ 08002

Salary Range: $52,000 - $60,000 per year

Schedule: Full Time, In-person, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

REQUIRED LICENSURE: LPC, LCSW, LCADC.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Conducts screenings and level of care assessments, using clinical knowledge and skill level and communicate the process with clients.
• Evaluates behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of clients.
• Collect demographic and historical information relevant to the LOCA.
• Gather information for and complete precertification for all managed care clients when applicable.
• Facilitate admission process by communicating with appropriate clinical team member as required.
• Facilitates appropriate admissions to all levels of care.
• Makes appropriate referrals to community providers and finds placement in appropriate setting for the client.
• Completes assessment, admission, and other paperwork for clients in a timely manner, including but not limited to Releases of Information (ROI) and other admission paperwork.
• Manage admission pre-certification with funding sources when applicable.
• Collaborates with other team members and departments as needed.
• Expected to provide coverage for other clinical team members.
• Responsible for maintaining clinical records for clients with appropriate documentation of clinical services and client program engagement in ECR in accordance with program policy.
• Conducts brief individual therapy to engage patient in treatment and documents appropriately.
• Provides case management and linkage to alternate services if indicated.
• Develops an initial treatment plan.
• Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities.
• Expected to provide and facilitate group therapy sessions as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
