Rockford Center is a 138-bed mental health facility located in Newark, DE, providing easy access to a full range of inpatient and partial behavioral health programs for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. It is the only child inpatient behavioral health facility in DE, with an experienced senior management team, serving New Castle County and northern Maryland.

Position Summary:

In this rewarding role, you will assess and evaluate the needs of individuals in crisis and appropriately triage them to the most suitable services based on gathered information.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and inquiries from individuals and referral sources seeking treatment
• Monitor electronic referral systems
• Assist in the initial triage of individuals presenting for services
• Facilitate the admission process, including completing paperwork, data entry, verifying insurance, and obtaining prior authorizations
• Provide a welcoming environment, ensuring positive first impressions for clients, families, and guests
