Sinnissippi Centers, Inc. is seeking an Assessment Clinician for our Freeport office. This role focuses on psychosocial assessments, care coordination, and brief evidence-based interventions within a multidisciplinary team.

You will provide individual therapy and collaboration with clinicians to navigate behavioral and physical health systems, while connecting clients to community resources. A self-directed clinician approach is valued.

Competenze

• Ability to maintain professional relationships with patients and the care team.
• Experience with screening, assessing, and carrying out treatment plans for mental health disorders.
• Working knowledge of differential diagnosis of mental health disorders.
• Knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial treatments for common mental health disorders.
• Basic knowledge of psychopharmacology for mental health disorders.
• Familiarity with social/human service practices and confidentiality.
