Job summary

Sinnissippi Centers, Inc. is seeking a Supported Employment Specialist to join our Freeport, IL team.

You will provide evidence-based supported employment services to adults in behavioral health programs, helping with job readiness, resumes, interviews, and sustaining employment with follow-up supports. You will collaborate with employers, treatment teams, and coordinators to meet treatment plans, provide clinical support as needed, document services, and advocate for client employment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Work or related field preferred.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for employment of adults receiving behavioral health services.
• Work with employers to identify job opportunities and placements.
• Coordinate with treatment teams and support coordinators to align with treatment plans.
• Provide clinical support including medication management and crisis intervention when needed.
• Document supports, progress, and outcomes accurately and on time.
