Job summary

Majestic Care ABA is seeking dedicated BCBA clinicians to deliver evidence-based ABA services across North Carolina in a hybrid, part-time capacity. The role offers flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, and a supportive team.

Responsibilities include assessments, program development, progress monitoring, and supervision of RBTs, with travel to homes and schools as needed and caregiver training to promote generalization of skills.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Active BCBA certification (BACB)
  • Minimum one year BCBA experience preferred
  • CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
  • Background checks completed
  • Reliable transportation for community-based services

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Develop and oversee evidence-based ABA programs tailored to client needs
  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis and adjust plans as needed
  • Provide ongoing clinical oversight to ensure high-quality implementation
  • Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians
  • Review session documentation and provide timely feedback
  • Travel to client sites for home- and school-based visits and clinical support
  • Provide caregiver training and partner with families to promote skill development
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and care team as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation per company, payer, and BACB requirements
  • Uphold high standards of ethical, compassionate, evidence-based care

Position Overview

Majestic Care ABA is seeking dedicated BCBAs to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to individuals with autism and their families throughout North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who wants meaningful work, flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, and a supportive team that values clinical expertise and work-life balance.

Location: North Carolina
Job Type: Part-Time
Work Setting: Hybrid (Client visits as needed)
Compensation: $120,000-$130,000 + BCBA bonus opportunities

Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Minimum one (1) year of BCBA experience preferred
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
  • Successful completion of required background checks
  • Reliable transportation for community-based services
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Passion for supporting individuals with autism and their families
  • Commitment to ethical and evidence-based ABA practice
