Job summary

Tulane University is seeking an Assessment Analyst to support university-wide assessment efforts, educating faculty and staff on objectives, methods, and how results inform practice. The role will maintain electronic assessment records and assist the Director of Assessment.

Under the Director's guidance, the analyst will design and analyze surveys, develop meaningful communication materials, and create dashboards and interactive data tools to report findings to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field closely related to assessment and/or survey design and analysis.
• Three years of directly related work experience involving working with data visualization, survey administration, and/or other assessment efforts.

Responsibilities

• Advance university assessment efforts for academic programs and administrative units, serving as an assessment resource for faculty and staff.
• Design, administer, and analyze surveys; follow data collection with interpretation of results.
• Develop materials to communicate results via summary reports, visualizations, and online interactive data tools.
• Manage the university course evaluation process and the faculty activity reporting system.
