Job summary

Tulane University is seeking an Assessment Analyst to advance university assessment across programs and administrative units. You will educate faculty and staff on objectives, assessment methods, and using results to inform future practices, while maintaining electronic records.

Under the Director’s guidance, you will collect data, design and administer surveys, analyze results, and communicate findings through reports, visuals, and online interactive tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field closely related to assessment and/or survey design and analysis.
• Three years of directly related work experience with data visualization, survey administration, and/or other assessment efforts.

Responsibilities

• Advance university assessment efforts across academic programs and administrative units.
• Educate faculty and staff on developing objectives, assessment methods, and using results to inform practices.
• Maintain electronic assessment records for university programs and units.
• Oversee data collection efforts including survey design, administration, and result analysis.
• Communicate results through summary reports, visualizations, and online interactive data tools.
• Manage the course evaluation process and the faculty activity reporting system.
