Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks an Assessment Analyst at MacDill AFB, FL to provide assessment, monitoring, and evaluation services for CENTCOM, analyzing CENTCOM media and social media interactions to inform communication strategies.

The position requires a SECRET clearance minimum with eligibility for TS/SCI and a minimum of five years in assessment or data analysis. You will develop assessment strategies and present findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance at time of award, with eligibility for TS/SCI.
• U.S. citizenship; fluent English.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in assessment, data analysis, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in assessment methodologies, data collection, and statistical analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with OSD Policy-issued AM&E guidance, templates, and frameworks.
• Proven ability to present data in clear, actionable formats with recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis using statistical and qualitative methods to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement assessment strategies, frameworks, and methodologies aligned with operational goals.
• Use assessment tools such as surveys, questionnaires, and evaluation protocols to collect valid and reliable data.
• Collaborate with program managers, decision makers, and DoW stakeholders to present findings and implement improvements.
• Provide timely, actionable feedback to CENTCOM leadership to support process adjustments.
• Provide real-time analytical support during crises or emergent events.
