The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year in manufacturing or assembly, strong manual dexterity, and ability to read process sheets. Forklift experience is a plus; certification not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Ability to read and follow process sheets.
• Experience using hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers.
• Forklift experience is a plus; certification is not required.
• Experience working with chemicals or material handling equipment is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Team360 Staffing is partnering with a leading American manufacturer of high-voltage systems and electromagnetic components to hire a dependable Assembly Worker I.

Position Overview

The Assembly Worker I is responsible for assembling and processing precision components used in the manufacturing of magnetic products. This role involves following process instructions, operating production equipment, handling materials safely, performing quality inspections, and supporting production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
