Qualifications

  • Proactive with organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Good attendance history and a positive attitude.
  • Experience in production/mechanical environment is a plus.
  • Power sports, ATV or UTV knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Attain goal of 100% assembly of vehicles with 0% returns for assembly related problems.
  • Maintain production standards of HISUN manufactured products daily.
  • Work with mechanical and electrical assembly and wiring when needed.
  • Communicate with coworkers and supervisor to achieve best product.
  • Participate in training for assembly process skills.
  • Attend meetings to provide feedback and insights into the production department.
  • Follow a daily work plan, set goals and manage time/resources for department success.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures and regulations.
  • Will be required to lift up to 80 lbs with partner during assembly of unit/accessories.
  • Work flexible schedules, including weekends when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
