Job summary

Staffmark Group in Jonesboro, AR is hiring for an Assembly Worker at $20.00 per hour. Mon-Thurs 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM. You will assemble products, inspect finished work, and help keep factory operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently.

You will load parts onto a robot table, follow Work Orders, and report quality issues. Must have forklift experience, stand for long shifts, and maintain dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.
• Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
• Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Assembly Worker.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
• Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
• Must understand verbal and written instructions in English
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and stand for hours a day
