Responsibilities

Assemblers & Welder Fabricators

Our client in Coon Valley, WI is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. Don’t wait… apply today!

What's in it for you?

• Assembly: $20 - $22/hour based on experience
• Welder/Fabricator: $20 - $24/hour based on experience
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 10am - 6:30pm (training), then Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - Midnight

What will you be doing?

Assembly:

• Prepare materials for assembly and assist with heat exchanger setups
• Perform basic assembly functions under supervision
• Basic understanding of manufacturing, assembly, and fabrication
• Experience with hand tools (not required); e.g., hammer, impacts, drills, grinding wheels, ratchets
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and work instructions

Welder/Fabricator:

• Interpret and follow manufacturing drawings and work instructions
• Fabricate most parts and assemblies with minimal supervision
• Support multiple manufacturing processes
• Assist with assembly of heat exchangers in the Assembly Department

• Ability to earn qualifications with ASME and NAVSEA welding standards
• GTAW, GMAW, and torch brazing experience
• Experience welding carbon steel and stainless steel
