Job summary

Pro Mechanical Services is seeking an Assembly Welder to join its manufacturing team in a role focused on MIG welding and precise assembly of metal components per blueprints and specifications.

The ideal candidate will have reliable mechanical aptitude, the ability to read blueprints, and experience using tape measures, hand and power tools. A 2nd shift is available with safety checks required.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure.
• Mechanical aptitude and assembly experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assemble metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
• Weld, fit, and assemble parts using hand and power tools.
• Maintain safety and quality workmanship on the shop floor.

Job description

We are seeking a dependable Assembly Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have Mig welding experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to assemble metal components according to blueprints and specifications.

• 2nd Shift Available
• $22 - $24 an hour based on experience
• Previous MIG welding experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Competitive pay based on experience.
• Additional 15% shift differential for eligible shifts.
• Health, dental, and vision insurance eligibility after 90 days.
